KBA provided design, permitting, and construction administration services to Northwest Catholic for the Breen Athletic Complex. The project was made possible by the generous donation from a private donor.
Features of the project include the construction of a new synthetic turf multi-sport and baseball/softball field. The field is used for football, soccer, and field hockey in the fall and lacrosse and baseball in the spring. Additional features of the project include spectator bleachers, ball safety netting, bull pens, batting cages, enclosed dugouts, a new ticket booth, and plaza.
The complex incorporates the requirements for NFHS and necessary infrastructure and amenities to host a variety of events beyond the high school sports programs. The facility has also been designed to prove ADA accessibility throughout complex for ease of use and safe pedestrian circulation.
