Interior Designer 

Currently we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Foxborough, MA who thrives in a collaborative culture and contributes to a shared vision of design solutions. This individual will work with the architectural design team and will provide design support throughout the project. They should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, have excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall look and feel of project interiors with direction from the design team
  • Contribute to the development of space planning concepts and program documents
  • Generate construction documents and project deliverables
  • Assist in selecting finishes for various projects and input data into finish schedules, furniture & floor plans, and diagrams as necessary 
  • Make site trips with the design team to assist with scope of work, project installations, etc.
  • Technical skills, including Revit and Photoshop

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of Revit and BIM software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and creative with strong design skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend night meetings on occasion
  • Previous experience with school and/or public facility projects 
  • Must provide a portfolio along with a cover letter and resume for this position

Construction Administrator 

Position Responsibilities

  • Review documents for constructability and coordination issues
  • Assist the design team with value engineering/cost saving recommendations
  • Conduct or assist project architects with a pre-bid conference
  • Review contractor’s construction schedule with the project architect
  • Prepare construction administration related paperwork including but not limited to Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Response to Request for Information (RRFI), Proposal Requests (PR), Response to Change Order Proposal (RCOP) and Construction Change Directives (CCD)
  • Problem solve, communicate, and coordinate any issues during construction administration with project team members as required
  • Monitor and track turn-around time of submittals, RFI’s, PCO’s, etc.
  • Review submittals and shop drawings
  • Perform construction site observation and prepare field observation reports
  • Attend Building Committee/Owner meetings
  • Assist project architects with project closeout

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of construction administration experience
  • Revit skills preferred 
  • Extensive working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend meetings regularly - 50/50 job site and in office
  • Previous experience with public facility projects preferred
  • LEED accreditation a plus

Project architect 

Position Responsibilities

  • Management of design projects including but not limited to coordination with clients, including attendance at regular meetings and maintaining highest level of service, management of team production including coordination of project staffing requirements, and coordination of project documentation with project team members including consultants

  • Work with the project team to develop building and site design alternatives

  • Resolve design issues to provide a constructible solution

  • Conduct code reviews and maintain communication with the authorities which have jurisdiction

  • Coordinate the production of specifications and drawings

  • Maintain communication between the client, owner’s project manager, and the project team

  • Assist the construction administrator during construction phase as required by attending job meetings, managing the submittal and change order review process, and completing project closeout procedures 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Licensed Architect in New England
  • 8 – 10 years of related experience
  • Experience with BIM software, specifically Revit
  • Extensive working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Desire to help develop and mentor junior staff
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend night meetings regularly
  • Previous experience with public facility projects preferred 
  • LEED accreditation a plus

Landscape Architect/Project Manager

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Licensed or currently in the process of becoming a licensed Landscape Architect
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in SketchUp or similar rendering software a plus
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently produce materials for all aspects of a project including Conceptual Design, Construction Documents,Field Reports and Punch Lists
  • Understanding of the permitting process
  • Ability to manage project consultants and staff
  • Ability to mentor junior staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Works well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a project team
  • Must provide a digital portfolio along with a cover letter and resume for this position

Landscape architect/designer 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university
  • 1-5 years of related experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SketchUp or similar rendering software a plus
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently produce materials under the guidance of senior staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Works well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a project team
  • Motivation to learn and is receptive to feedback
  • Must provide a digital portfolio along with a cover letter and resume for this position

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager and/or project architect with all elements of project development
  • Produce contract documents that are in compliance with local, state and federal codes and regulations and consistent with office standards
  • Update drawings based on principal review, owner review and agency review
  • Assist with construction administration including the review of submittals and document coordination
  • Attend client and job meetings as required

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university
  • 5 – 8 years of related experience
  • Experience with BIM software, specifically Revit
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
  • Proficiency in technical, construction document and presentation material production
