The Randolph Police Station is located in the Town Hall and was inefficiently organized to support department operations. In addition, the town also wished the facility to be more open and welcoming. The 2-story addition was designed to create a more identifiable and welcoming public entrance while also providing space for an interview room and new security. The remaining areas of the station were reorganized to provide better security and circulation including direct access from the sally port into the processing area, an expanded and secure evidence areas, and code compliance including handicapped accessibility.
