Kaestle Boos converted the former Hall High School into the West Hartford Town Hall which entailed complete renovations of this historic 1923 building. Programming included space planning for all departments while including areas for community events A new four-story connecting link, lobby and circulation core formed the entrance to Town Offices and a Senior Citizen’s Community Center. Subsequent renovations relocated the Board of Education offices and improved efficiency of other departments.
