Phase I included the design of a new 100,000 SF Operations Center/Customer Service Call Center for ConnectiCare. Significant site evaluation and planning improvements were developed to minimize impacts to sensitive adjacent environmental areas. A complete traffic analysis and study was also provided as a part of this project. As ConnectiCare moved more people to the Farmington campus, Phase II included the design of a new 60,000 SF facility, which is located adjacent to the existing facility. The new design complemented the existing facility while providing newer energy efficiencies including added ability for daylighting. The buildings are connected by an enclosed walkway. A new parking area was also created to accommodate the additional employees.
