As one of the most innovative educational facilities in Connecticut, the Metropolitan Learning Center (MLC) emphasizes a culture high in academic and behavioral standards.  The design of MLC is structured around a “house” concept, with each self sustaining house consisting of an independent study/conference room, a collaborative faculty work area and five classrooms equipped with wireless data connections, Smart Boards, an LCD projector and surround sound systems.  Additional features include a business center with three divisible conference rooms, an auditorium, gymnasium and media center.
