The addition to John F. Kennedy High School included a new auxiliary gymnasium, locker rooms and storage on the lower level with a fitness center and classrooms on the main level and 6 new science labs and 5 additional classrooms on the upper level. The gymnasium and locker rooms are sited to allow students direct access to the renovated athletic fields. The addition is connected to the main building by an elevated walkway. Renovations to the administrative, guidance and health offices were also completed.
