The Ocean Bluffs Assisted Living Facility will be located in West Haven, Connecticut. Located on Ocean Avenue it will sit directly across from Long Island Sound.

The 3 story facility will have 45 one- or two–person units of assisted living and memory care, dining room, lounges, activity rooms, nurse’s station and support spaces.  
 
Designed in the New England Seaside style, it will incorporate sustainable site elements and sustainable materials into the design.  It will have extensive plantings and outdoor patios.
