Hampton Police Station

A new 24,000 s.f. facility was constructed for the Town of Hampton located in the busy tourist business area near the beach. Features include a secure, drive-through sally port, pass through evidence lockers, and both a roll call room and a separate training room. The facility also includes a stand-alone 3-bay maintenance garage. Special consideration was given throughout all aspects of the building and site design to combat the threat of flooding intrusive in this area. A thorough space needs study was conducted by Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. prior to the design of the building.
